Dans le premier rang, on trouve les délégués du Soudan, du Maroc, d'Égypte et d'Arabie Saoudite, puis M. Kamal Al-Tarzi. À l'arrière-plan, on voit un employé, puis Mohamed El Hadi Bel Haj (Directeur de l'école de Tajweed du Coran), l'invité turc, le Professeur Saleh Al-Mahdi, le délégué de la Libye, et M.
